Llael Overview

The Kingdom of Llael is strategically positioned between Khador, Rhul, and Cygnar. Recently emancipated from Khadoran occupation that started in 604 AR, the Kingdom is now under the rightful rulership of her Majesty Queen Kaetlyn de la Martyn. The kingdom was established from the Rynyr region and Umbrey, formed by the noble families of Ryn under the Corvis Treaties after the defeat of the Orgoth. A jewel of trade and culture among the Iron Kingdoms, the nations recent years have been marked with tragedy as it was abandoned by allies while under the shadow of invasion from Khadoran forces. While the resistance of the Free Llael army sought all avenues to achieve independence for the kingdom and relocate endangered members of the populace, the efforts were struck blows by an incursion of Protectorate of Menoth troops under the guise of protecting Menite pilgrims and the invasion of Cryx seeking the corpses of the battlefields. Through perseverance and strength of spirit the resistance was able to overcome all obstacles after a resurgence of allies in the form of the Crucible Guard and Cygnar. The victory is bittersweet however as dark times approach with the incursion of Infernal forces.
